RETURN POLICY

At A & J Scents Pgh, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience.

All of our products are inspected before they are shipped. We apologize, but due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used candles. However we will replace or refund products damaged during shipping within 14 days of product shipped date.

You may return your unused product within 14 days of product shipped date. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.  We do not do exchanges at this time.
